Requirements
- You must have a valid NY State or out of state driver's license to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
- Participation in the training and supervision if the individual while incorporating the use of community resources.
- Maintain on-going communication with the Community Habilitation Coordinator and attend scheduled meetings for discussions when necessary.
- Implement and monitor valued outcome goal work with the Individuals.
