About The Position

The Community Gate Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, guests, and property within a gated community. This role involves monitoring the premises, controlling access, responding to incidents, and enforcing security protocols to maintain a safe living environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the community, including residential areas, common areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas for suspicious activity.
• Operate and monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras.
• Monitor and control access to the community, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, such as medical emergencies, fires, or disturbances.
• Assist residents with inquiries and provide information about community rules and services.
• Enforce community policies, rules, and regulations.
• Conduct inspections of security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly.
