About The Position

Are you energetic, outgoing, and love talking to new people? Do you enjoy being out in the community, building relationships, and helping people? If so, you might be perfect for our Community Field Marketer role at Two Men and a Truck - Humble, TX. This is NOT a desk job. You will spend most of your time visiting storage units, apartment communities, realtors, and local businesses to build strong referral partnerships and grow our local brand. This role has huge impact because the relationships you build directly create new moving jobs every week.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable personal transportation
Smartphone with GPS
High energy and outgoing personality
Enjoy talking to people all day
Must be comfortable working independently
Must be OK being outside and driving daily
Extremely outgoing and friendly
Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations
A strong communicator
Professional and personable
Organized and able to track contacts and follow-ups
Access to and mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF programs.
Motivated by goals and bonuses
Reliable with strong time management
Excited to work independently in the field
Able to use their own vehicle, smartphone, and computer

Responsibilities

Visit 12-18 local businesses per day (apartments, storage facilities, realtors, etc.)
Drop off flyers, introduce yourself, and build friendly relationships
Track contacts, managers, and follow-up dates via Google Sheets
Create and distribute flyers and leave-behind materials
Attend community events and network with local businesses
Follow up with property managers weekly
Help generate online reviews by following up with happy customers
Reach out to past customers and un-booked leads to check in
Represent Two Men and a Truck with positivity and professionalism
