About The Position
Capstone Hospice is in search of a Community Enrichment Coordinator to assist in strengthening professional relationships within senior living communities. This position is almost exclusively field-based and involves regular visitation to targeted assisted living communities, personal care homes, and nursing homes. This position will meet professional goals by providing value-added activities to an assigned number of accounts. Capstone Hospice is privately owned and services the Metro Atlanta community.
