The specialist will also track partnerships and events using Salesforce, collaborate with internal teams to identify community needs, and act as a liaison between the company and the community, representing Healthfirst positively. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives will be a key responsibility, as will providing support and guidance to community members seeking assistance related to Healthfirst services. The specialist will also manage special projects as assigned, ensuring that all activities align with the organization's objectives and contribute to community well-being.
