About The Position
The Community Engagement Representative will assist the Director of Community Engagement in enhancing the presence and brand awareness of Community Care Plan (CCP) within the community. This role involves engaging with community leaders and organizations to foster partnerships that benefit both the community and CCP, ensuring that community needs are met through effective collaboration and outreach efforts.
