About The Position
AWP is North America's leading traffic control specialist, with a team of over 9,000 professionals securing 2,500 work zones daily. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic recruiter to join our Community Engagement Recruiting Team. This remote position requires residency in North Carolina or Virginia. The recruiter will lead recruitment efforts in established and emerging markets, build community relationships, organize recruiting events, and manage high-volume recruitment requests. The role demands professionalism and the ability to interact efficiently with community partners, candidates, and hiring leaders in a fast-paced environment.
