This Opportunity: Monarch is seeking a self-starting Community Engagement & Partnership Liaison to lead the development of our "Adopt-a-Site" program. The primary goal of this role is to build consistent channels of community support by connecting local civic organizations (Kiwanis, Lions, Junior League) and faith-based networks with Monarch’s residential homes for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The Liaison will serve as a bridge-builder, translating the unique stories, gifts, and needs of our residents into actionable partnership opportunities for community groups. This role involves strategy, relationship management, and hands-on coordination to foster meaningful connections between the community and the people we support.
