About The Position
We are seeking a Community Engagement Manager with Mission Health Partners to promote growth and unlock possibilities. At HCA Healthcare, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life. The Manager, Community Engagement will work with the MHP Care Coordination team to ensure that team members are trained to help patients access the resources and services they need. This position is responsible for the development and continuity of collaborative relationships with community organizations that offer resources for our patients. Additionally, this position will act as a liaison between MHP, patients, healthcare providers, and various groups and services in the community. As part of the MHP team, the specialist will strive to build patient-centered care, bridge community strengths, and integrate partners to improve patient health and health equity.
