The Community Engagement Manager is a vital member of the Growth Strategies team at Shared Hope International (SHI), responsible for activating, growing, and sustaining an engaged community that advances the organization’s mission and strategic goals. This role serves as a primary connector between SHI and its supporters by recruiting, training, and stewarding volunteers and community partners who are eager to help fulfill SHI’s mission to eradicate child sex trafficking. The position also oversees the coordination and logistical management of awareness collateral, training products, and public awareness and product orders to ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively. Blending relationship-building with operational excellence, the Community Engagement Manager must be highly organized, methodical, and comfortable using data and insights to guide outreach, programming, and decision-making. This is a fundraising-forward role that requires a compelling and confident communicator who can speak passionately and accurately about SHI’s mission while directly and indirectly soliciting financial support. The position additionally provides back-up support to front office operations as needed, contributing to a professional and mission-aligned external presence for the organization.
