The Community Engagement Manager is responsible for building new relationships and connections in the communities that we are accountable to. This role serves as a champion of Inatai’s 50-Year Vision and will be responsible for helping to advance racial justice, equity, and our statewide initiatives. This role will build and implement the systems and processes required to achieve engagement goals. They will represent the Foundation in meetings with community organizations across Washington and share learnings across the Foundation. The role will be responsible for bringing deep commitment to racial justice, equity, and accessibility for communities across the state. The Community Engagement Manager supports the Vice President of Learning and Community Engagement in designing and executing multi-year community engagement plans in service of short- and long-term Foundation goals that align with the strategies that support the 50 Year Vision. They are responsible for representing the Foundation and communicating our message of ensuring that racial justice and equity are realized across the state of Washington. In addition, this role is responsible for leading and designing the systems and processes to enable engagement work. This role will supervise up to two Program Associates responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Learning and Community Engagement team. The right person for this role will demonstrate excellent customer service skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
