The Community Engagement Liaison at VillageCare plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's outreach initiatives across VillageCareMAX products. This position leads all community engagement efforts, ensuring consistent and impactful interactions with current and prospective vendors. Responsibilities include planning and executing community events, cultivating strong relationships with business partners, and identifying opportunities to enhance sales performance. The Liaison will represent VillageCareMAX at various community gatherings, increasing brand visibility and promoting product offerings. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with internal teams to align community engagement strategies with organizational goals, while tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of outreach initiatives. By adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines, the Community Engagement Liaison will provide valuable insights to the Business Development Team, helping to shape strategies for growth and enhance market presence. Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate meaningful interactions with various stakeholders, including vendors, community partners, and provider networks
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience is essential
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities that drive sales growth and enhance market visibility
  • Familiarity with community engagement strategies and event planning will be crucial for this role
  • Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle, enabling them to represent VillageCare at community events effectively
  • Proficiency in utilizing software tools for tracking engagement activities and reporting on performance metrics will also be beneficial
  • A minimum of 2 years' job-related experience
  • Active Driver's License and vehicle
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
