  • Familiarity with donor management systems and CRM software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of volunteer recruitment, training, scheduling, and appreciation.
  • Lead outreach efforts to engage new and existing congregations, corporations, and civic groups.
  • Organize volunteer orientation, training sessions, and appreciation events.
  • Plan and execute community events, fundraisers, and volunteer activities, managing logistics, budget, and event promotion.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential donors, providing donor communications, thank-you notes, and impact reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between Family Promise of Gwinnett and local community leaders, organizations, and media.
  • Draft press releases, media alerts, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining records.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Executive Director on various initiatives, including research and report preparation.
  • Create and manage content for Family Promise of Gwinnett's social media platforms.
