Requirements

Responsibilities

• Establish the first point of contact with new consumers interested in our clients' products/services.
• Be an expert in all product knowledge and advise consumers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain relationships with consumers throughout the sales process to enhance and retain them.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing consumer accounts to help retain relationships by up-selling and cross-selling.
• Interact with other members of the sales team and supporting departments to learn about newly released products and services.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the sales support team and upper-level management to resolve promptly.
• Meet all deadlines and goals for each client consulting to reinforce the sales acquisition process.
