About The Position

The Community Engagement and Outreach Specialist is responsible for expanding behavioral health services into underserved communities. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in community outreach, sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong ability to build partnerships and generate client referrals.
• Experience in setting up new programs or services, particularly in healthcare or behavioral health, is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet outreach quotas and grow services in new communities.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to set up behavioral health services in new locations by recruiting clients and securing staff.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach in underserved communities to educate individuals about Medicaid benefits and mental health services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local community organizations and healthcare providers to create referral networks.
• Utilize strong sales and marketing skills to promote services and drive client acquisition.
• Meet monthly quotas for client acquisition and community engagement, ensuring continued growth of services.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards in all outreach activities.
