About The Position

Reporting to the Correctional Associate Warden of Programs, this position is responsible for coordinating the adult developmental activities program for mentally and/or physically disabled offenders. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Providing opportunities for wellness management and rehabilitation. - Addressing specific behaviors to prepare disabled offenders for transition planning prior to release. - Monitoring the progress of disabled offenders assigned to the adult developmental activities program. - Maintaining necessary supplies for program participation and completing necessary reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a human services or business field such as human resources, marketing, business administration, business management, healthcare management, or public administration from an appropriately accredited institution
Associate’s degree in a human services or business field (identified above) from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of directly related work experience
High school or General Educational Development (GED) and four years of directly related work experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
