About The Position
The RN Community Educator supports St. Luke’s mission to improve the health of the community by developing, coordinating, and delivering employer and community-based health education and outreach programs. This role serves as a clinical resource and community navigator, connecting individuals, employers, and community partners to preventive health services, education, and appropriate St. Luke’s care resources. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Requirements
- BSN degree required
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
- Valid Driver's license
