About The Position

Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Evergreen at Hulen Bend Senior Living Community. This position is responsible to oversee and maintain the day to day operations of a tax credit residential property by providing excellent customer service each and every day. This position is responsible for the property's finances, budgets, accounting systems, and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Requirements

• At least, 2 years experience in a property management position
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
• Valid Texas Driver’s license and specific insurance required.

Nice To Haves

• CAM certification preferred.
• Experience in Yardi preferred.
