About The Position
The Community Director (Exempt) is fully accountable for all day-to-day operations of a typically larger (or multiple smaller) asset(s)/property(ies) (totaling more than 300 units and managing a staff of more than 5 Full-Time Employees (FTEs)). Responsibilities include overseeing and enhancing the value of the property(ies)/asset(s), and managing the asset(s) to meet the Client's expressed operational and financial goals. Will supervise all on-site staff. Property Name: Tides on Wynn, 3800 S Wynn Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89103, USA. Full-Time. Unit Count: 554. Driving a site-owned golf cart is a requirement for this role. Since driving a site-owned golf cart is a requirement for this role; a valid unrestricted United States Driver's License will be required. Pay: $79,000 - $83,000 / Year.
