In this role, you are the leader of the community and will exemplify the Kairoi belief of Servant Leadership by guiding your team in many areas: resident relations, maintenance operations, reporting and accounting, leasing, and more. Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and develop your own team.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience and hands-on training for new hires.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and frequent individual associate check-ins.
  • Lead your team by example and problem solve with them.
  • Make final decisions on major concerns affecting community operations.
  • Ensure compliance with emergency procedures and regulations.
  • Practice the 5% Distinction to create exceptional service experiences for residents.
  • Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly.
  • Support resident retention efforts and maintain open communication with residents.
  • Manage budget preparation, financial reporting, and community income flow.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the community and ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Attract new residents through outreach marketing and resident events.
  • Communicate effectively with regional leaders, senior management, and owners.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and willingness to serve.
  • History of excellent customer service experience.
  • Desire to lead a team with integrity.
  • Proven ability to mentor, develop, and promote associates.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the multifamily industry or leadership in hospitality.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and leading a team of multifamily professionals.
  • Education: Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or related training.
  • CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable.
