About The Position
The Community Director at Affinity at Ramsey is responsible for overseeing the operations of a 55 and older active adult community. This role focuses on building strong relationships with residents and staff, managing daily operations to maximize revenue, and ensuring a supportive and engaging community environment. The Community Director will lead a high-performing team, participate in resident activities, and maintain the property’s physical well-being while adhering to company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
