About The Position
The Community Director at Affinity at Fort Collins is responsible for overseeing the operations of a 55 and older active adult community. This role focuses on building strong relationships with residents and staff, managing the community's financial performance, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Community Director will lead a team, participate in community events, and maintain the property’s appeal and occupancy rates.
