Provides supervision and oversight to case managers, ensuring consistent application of program policies and case management standards. Monitors applicant eligibility determinations, case files, and documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Guides applicants through intake, eligibility, program requirements, and service delivery with emphasis on customer service and equitable outcomes. Monitors housing programs for compliance with guidelines, including property acquisition, relocation, and rehabilitation processes. Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports as required. Develops and update case management procedures, forms, and applicant tracking systems to improve efficiency. Conducts quality assurance reviews of files and case manager activities. Participates in outreach and marketing efforts to underserved communities. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with applicants, co-workers, partner agencies, and community organizations. Prepares program evaluations, briefing papers, and correspondence to support program reporting. Participate in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by county leadership. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
