Prepare high-quality outcomes-driven funding applications (local, state and federal). Serve as Project Manager for grant assistance contracts; manage scope, schedule and budget. Assist municipal clients with the administration of successfully funded projects. Organize and track projects requiring funding, as well as local, state, federal funding programs. Support business development activities with funding assessment and opportunities. Demonstrate general knowledge of federal policy and grant guidelines. Prepare community plans (i.e., comprehensive plans, strategic plans, and redevelopment plans), economic development tools and work with governmental agencies to implement recommendations from the plan. Lead public engagement exercises. Research, collect, verify, and analyze data from various sources for use in planning documents.
