About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Solicit business from potential and existing customers.
• Interview loan applicants and process loan applications for purchase and refinance transactions.
• Counsel borrowers about various loan programs and assist them in selecting the best program for their financial needs.
• Assist the loan processor in gathering necessary documents for underwriting.
• Work closely with the processor and underwriter to resolve underwriting issues and ensure loan closure.
• Manage a large pipeline of loans, meeting closing deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Maintain a professional atmosphere within the organization.
• Represent the financial institution in public relations and community affairs.
