About The Position
The Community Development Manager (CDM) at Bank OZK is responsible for identifying and addressing community development needs for low and moderate-income (LMI) individuals and small businesses. This role involves building relationships with community partners and resource providers to enhance the Bank's community development efforts, ensuring compliance with CRA and HMDA regulations, and achieving a satisfactory CRA rating. The CDM will also engage in community initiatives and represent the Bank at various events.
