As a Community Day Services Supervisor, you'll lead a dynamic program that fosters skill-building, self-expression, and community engagement. You'll ensure that every individual we support experiences meaningful days filled with respect, opportunity, and growth.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Services or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Possess valid drivers license with acceptable driving record per company requirements.
- Experience in IDD services preferred
Nice To Haves
- Prefer previous DSP training.
- Prefer previous management or supervisory experience.
- Prefer additional experience beyond one year providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support day program staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered services rooted in dignity and empowerment.
- Plan and coordinate engaging daily activities that connect participants to their community and promote independence.
- Maintain compliance with all organizational and regulatory standards.
- Foster teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
