About The Position

The Community Crisis Stabilization Counselor role involves providing support and care for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders in a structured environment. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree with one year of experience, or a High School Diploma with three years of related experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to communicate in and comprehend the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, education, supervision, and direct support to consumers.
• Assist consumers in maintaining their physical and emotional health.
• Support consumers in developing skills necessary for independent living.
• Document consumer progress and activities in program records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective care coordination.
