Requirements

• Solid computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and formulate clear reports and evaluations.
• Clean criminal history and ability to pass a NCIC/NLETS criminal history check.

Responsibilities

• Provide general office administration duties, including answering phones and providing customer service to visitors.
• Process intake and release packets for new and departing clients.
• Input all data into the company database accurately and timely.
• Check in/out clients entering and leaving the facility.
• Perform sobriety testing and urinalysis collection according to a random schedule.
• Monitor clients' medications and track them in the company database.
• Conduct pat searches for contraband and perform facility inspections.
• Document incidents and activities through report writing.
• Manage conflicts and difficult situations with clients.
