About The Position

WinnCompanies is seeking a highly motivated, resident-focused, and bilingual Community Coordinator II to enhance the quality of resident life at Aboussie Pavilion, a 273-unit residential community in St. Louis, MO. This role involves working closely with the property management team to support six key outcome areas: Stable Housing, Employment, Education, Health, Community Engagement, and Economic Mobility.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis, and maintain databases.
  • Ability to summarize and communicate moderately complex information in varied written formats.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service to meet standards and expectations.
  • Demonstrated success with partner management, particularly in senior services.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, business, public policy, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement an annual Connected Communities plan based on community needs and interests.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for program development, information collection, partnership development, and budget implications.
  • Manage the property Connected Communities budget.
  • Review and track goals with Property Managers and Regional Managers.
  • Coordinate resources for residents addressing housing stability, employment, economic mobility, education, health, and community engagement.
  • Provide direct resident services assistance, program referrals, and one-on-one coaching based on assessed needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local service providers, resident leadership, community stakeholders, and partners.
  • Create and manage Memorandums of Agreement (MOUs) with third parties providing services and programs for residents.
