Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Help residents find the best place to call home through customized tours.
• Provide incredible customer service and create a sense of community.
• Drive leasing performance through personalized connections and recommendations.
• Create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media.
• Follow through with tailored updates to prospective residents.
