Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the leasing team at the apartment community.
• Provide customized tours to prospective residents based on their individual tastes.
• Follow through on leads to ensure prospective residents feel valued and cared for.
• Create excitement through creative marketing campaigns and social media outreach.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents and colleagues to foster a sense of community.
• Stay updated on neighborhood developments and share relevant information with prospective residents.
