Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the leasing process and assist residents in finding the best place to call home.
• Conduct personalized tours and recommend floorplans and local amenities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a sense of community.
• Engage in sales and marketing efforts to enhance leasing performance.
• Follow up with prospective residents with tailored updates and information.
• Work weekends to accommodate high-traffic times for prospective residents.
