Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities.
• Ensure residents experience luxury living.
• Conduct creative and thoughtful tours customized to individual tastes.
• Follow through on every lead to ensure prospective residents feel cared for.
• Create a sense of community and go the extra mile for new residents.
• Drive leasing performance through personalized connections and recommendations.
• Create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media.
• Provide tailored updates to prospective residents about floorplans and neighborhood highlights.
