The Community Connect Senior Analyst Information Technology for EpicCare Ambulatory is responsible for providing intricate tactical and operational support for the implementation of Enterprise Clinical IT systems to community provider practices in the greater New York area. This facilitates the design, implementation, optimization, change management and issue resolution related to the enterprise system and the clinical and business workflows it supports. It requires significant experience working Epic as an analyst for the EpicCare Ambulatory application, and deep technical and operational workflow knowledge as it relates to outpatient provider practices and the use of the EHR. This position is based out of our Corporate Center at 466 Lexington Avenue. Shift will be Mondays-Fridays from 9:00am-5:00pm. There is the opportunity to work 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. There is the exception of go-live periods and other events which will require onsite presence at client sites for the full week and may require modified working hours.
