Responsibilities

• Help drive overall market performance and revenue growth for Clipp
• Serve as the local point of leadership when corporate leadership is not on-site
• Support execution of company initiatives and sales objectives
• Maintain strong communication between the local market and corporate teams
• Provide mentorship and support to sales representatives
• Assist with strategy development for key accounts and prospecting efforts
• Help reinforce daily and weekly activity standards to drive consistency
• Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative culture
• Manage and grow your existing portfolio of clients
• Continue selling digital and integrated marketing solutions
• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to key clients
• Lead by example in consultative selling and retention
• Support campaigns integrating paid social, digital advertising, advanced audience targeting, and precision direct mail
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to ensure measurable ROI
• Help ensure clients receive strategic, data-driven marketing programs
