About The Position
The Community Clinician at Kaleidoscope Inc. plays a vital role in enhancing child and family wellbeing by providing immediate, short-term clinical support to youth in care of DCFS after inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. This position focuses on delivering individualized care in a community-based setting, ensuring continuity of care, and fostering positive relationships with caregivers and other support systems. The clinician will engage in trauma-informed practices, facilitate team meetings, and advocate for the needs of youth and their families.
