About The Position

Kaleidoscope is a child and family services agency dedicated to helping young people heal, grow, and thrive. Our work is grounded in compassion, respect, and genuine partnership with youth, caregivers, and community partners. Through individualized, community-based services, we strengthen family systems and promote long-term stability. We are expanding our Enhanced Clinical Community Support (ECCS) Program and are hiring Community Clinicians to join this highly collaborative, mission-driven team. For a limited time, we are offering a $3,000 signing bonus. The Enhanced Clinical Community Support (ECCS) Program provides immediate, short-term, intensive clinical services to stabilize youth in DCFS care following inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Services are delivered in the home and community and focus on strengthening caregiver capacity, improving system coordination, and reducing the risk of placement disruption. The Community Clinician is a unique, advanced clinical role that blends direct clinical intervention, caregiver coaching, consultation, and advocacy. Clinicians partner closely with caregivers, caseworkers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed support for youth.
