The role of the Community Center Support Representative (“CCSR”) is to cultivate a welcoming and professional environment at the North Fayette Community Center by warmly welcoming guests, members, participants, and visitors. The CCSR will handle telephone inquiries, sign up new members, process payments for various services, and carry out additional tasks as needed at both the Community Center and Municipal Building. Furthermore, their duties include overseeing facility usage during Community Center rentals and supporting the Department of Parks & Recreation with community event obligations as necessary. This position necessitates availability to work during daytime, evening, and weekend hours for up to 29 hours each week. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Assistant Director, Parks & Recreation. This position does not supervise any other position.
