The Community Care Associate is responsible for managing administrative tasks for multiple communities. You will be responsible for the application process, initial lease agreement management, move-in monitoring, move-out monitoring and current resident delinquency, and eviction process. The Community Care Associate will successfully partner with the onsite community management and staff for cross collaboration to ensure future, current, and former residents have a positive experience.
