About The Position
The Community Broadband Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, promoting and managing a broadband expansion program to enhance high-speed broadband access and opportunities in NYPL communities. They will lead a team of subject matter experts and vendors to meet program goals and deliverables while adhering to all contractual or prescribed stakeholder expectations and/or requirements. The Community Broadband Program Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the program and works to ensure the operations meet or exceed industry standards and project KPIs. In addition, the Community Broadband Program Manager works with the team to develop and implement short-range and long-range program goals and milestones.
