Nexus-FACTS is excited to add a full time or part time hybrid Community Based Therapist for its new 180 Degrees program! This is a hybrid, community-based position between two shelter locations (Brittany's Place and Hope House) and the Mendota Heights office with some work remotely at home. Position Summary: The Community-Based Therapist provides mental health therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in homes, community settings, via telehealth, and at Nexus Family Healing offices. Using a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, the therapist delivers individualized care through evidence-based models like EMDR, DBT, TFCBT, and Systemic Family Therapy.
