Nexus-FACTS is excited to add a part time hybrid Community Based Therapist for its new 180 Degrees partnership! This is a hybrid, shelter-based position based at the St. Cloud Youth Shelter with some work remotely at home. Why This Work Matters: 180 Degrees' shelters support youth ages 12-19 who are navigating trauma, crisis, and major life transitions. Stays are brief - often just 14-30 days - but the impact can be life-changing. We're looking for clinicians who bring creativity, compassion, and a willingness to meet youth where they're at. Position Summary: The Community-Based Therapist provides mental health therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in homes, community settings, via telehealth, and at Nexus Family Healing offices. Using a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, the therapist delivers individualized care through evidence-based models like EMDR, DBT, TFCBT, and Systemic Family Therapy.
