Individual will work closely as the "Team Lead" with Certified Peer Specialist, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor and the Service Coordinator (Mobile Transition Age Youth (MTAY) Treatment Team). The therapist will use evidence- based practices and assessment tools designed specifically for transition age youth.

Requirements

  • Clearances. State Police; FBI clearance; child abuse clearance; CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training; any additional background checks/clearances required by state governing bodies.
  • Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Function as "Team Lead" with MTAY Treatment Team.
  • Assessment and treatment planning.
  • Intensive service delivery.
  • Crisis Intervention & safety planning.
  • Work collaboratively with internal programs and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in professional development activities including supervision, consultation, and training.
  • Promote wellness and recovery in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Documentation in electronic health record.
