F.A.D.E. or Facilitating Alternative Day Environments and C.I.T.P. or Community Integration Training Program are our two community based day services where we assist adults with developmental disabilities to participate in the community and increase their accessibility to the workforce. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Support participants in volunteering & attending events, and exploring their community This includes assisting participants with transportation including their mobility aids such as wheel chairs (lifting to transfer participants will be required) Encourage and model independent living skills Assist participants meet their goal through person-centered planning Encourage participants to be physically active and engage in meaningful fun activities Be a dependable positive impact in their day-to-day life WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Someone who is compassionate with a people-oriented mindset A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required) Responsible, and can assist in goal progress tracking CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you’re not certified or need to be recertified)
