As our Community-Based Support (CBS) Manager , you will oversee our team of Mentors and spearhead our Community and Employment initiatives. You won't just be managing schedules; you will be coaching a team to help our clients find belonging, purpose, and professional fulfillment. The Three Pillars of Your Role You will oversee a comprehensive suite of services designed to foster independence: Respite & Mentorship: Overseeing in-home and community-based mentors to ensure high-quality care, safety, and meaningful engagement for families. Community Networking: Guiding mentors to successfully integrate clients into local social circles, clubs, and civic life. Supported Employment: Developing partnerships with local businesses, supervising job coaches, and ensuring clients find - and keep - meaningful competitive employment.
