About The Position

Community Based PSB Therapist; (LSW,LISW or LPC, LPCC) Compensation: $61,000-$65,000 $2500 Sign on Bonus! Are you looking for an exciting role with unlimited learning opportunities? National Youth Advocate Program has an exciting opportunity that would fit both new graduates and a seasoned therapist. This position will offer you the opportunity to learn and utilize The Logic Model, as well as earn your CSAY-C Certification! NYAP is actively searching for a Community Based Therapist to provide services to youth ages 5-21 and their families that are experiencing problematic behavioral. These clients are involved with our PASS/Healthy Ways PSB (Practicing Alternative and Safe Solutions) program. In this position, you will be the first line intervention, diversion, and/or after-care service for youth experiencing problematic sexual behavior. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
  • Active and valid LSW or LPC licensure required.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Good driving record
  • Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in providing both individual and family therapy, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and family counseling in the schools, communities and homes daily and/or weekly.
  • Conduct Standardized Risk Assessments and Diagnostic Assessments using JSOAP and PROFESOR .
  • Assist in implementing goals and objectives of the treatment plans.
  • Meet weekly with the treatment team(s).
  • Attend professional/development trainings and team meetings; obtain CSAY-C certification.
