About The Position

Bethanna is seeking compassionate, motivated therapists to join our team and support children, youth, and families through community-based therapeutic services. We have multiple therapist opportunities throughout our organization. Therapist roles are grounded in trauma-informed care and aim to foster emotional resilience, family stability, and long-term well-being. We have full-time therapist positions available for individuals with and without clinical licensure.

Requirements

Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or a related clinical discipline with completion of a clinical or direct service practicum.
Master’s degree with completion of 9 graduate clinical credits and one year of full-time experience providing direct mental health services to youth.
Positions available for individuals without a clinical license
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle
Must be 21+ years of age
Ability to pass background clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal) and Medicare/Medicaid Exclusions checks.
Basic computer proficiency and strong documentation habits

Responsibilities

Providing individual, family, and caregiver therapy in home, school, and community-based settings
Developing and updating treatment or resiliency plans (IRPs)
Supporting clients in crisis de-escalation and emotional regulation
Collaborating with foster families, biological families, DHS, school teams, and care coordinators
Participating in discharge planning, clinical team meetings, and case reviews
Maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
