Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in Theology, Pastoral Care, or Spirituality is required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in chaplaincy or pastoral experience, preferably in healthcare setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge regarding family dynamics, issues of death and dying
- Proficient software skills
- Reliable transportation required to cover counties across the Capital Region
Nice To Haves
- Palliative or Hospice experience and/or equivalent education in pastoral ministry is preferred
Responsibilities
- Travel to patient homes daily to offer chaplaincy
- Provide accurate documentation regarding visits
- Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
