Join our amazing team as a Community-based, Adult Clinician in the Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) program! In this vital role, you'll provide clinical assessment, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning, all while leading the charge in developing comprehensive, recovery-based services. You'll coordinate a multidisciplinary team, working together to evaluate and enhance our program services, making a real difference in the community!

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Applied Behavioral Analysis.
  • A knack for thriving in a team dynamic, bringing energy and collaboration to the table!
  • Proven ability to successfully coordinate care across a continuum of services is a must!
  • Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and access to a personal vehicle for occasional transportation of consumers.
  • Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership for an assigned group of clients, guiding them on their journey to recovery.
  • Coordinate and monitor the activities of the individual treatment team, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Take primary responsibility for the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of overall treatment goals and plans in partnership with the team.
